Waiver and Release of Liability**

I, the undersigned participant or parent/guardian of the participant, hereby agree to the following terms as a condition of participation in the Spring Break Program hosted by **Love Me for Me**:

1. **Assumption of Risk**
I understand that participation in program activities may involve risks, including but not limited to physical activity, use of tools or materials, and group interactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. **Release of Liability**
I release **Love Me for Me**, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from injuries, accidents, or loss incurred during program participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

3. **Medical Emergencies**
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize **Love Me for Me** staff to seek appropriate medical care for the participant. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
